The Ontario Library Association is Canada’s largest library organization and OLA’s Super Conference is Canada’s largest continuing education event in librarianship. The program is built brick-by-brick, time slot by time slot, by some twenty co-ordinators working with dozens more to identify the needs to be addressed in this time and this place. With expert speakers, engaging workshops, and valuable networking opportunities, you'll gain valuable insights and skills to enhance your personal and professional growth. OLA Super Conference 2027 will take place from January 27 - 30, 2027 and is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow library people and expand your knowledge in a fun and immersive environment. Super Conference offers full conference, one-day, Expo Only, and virtual registration options. Member discounts, student rates, and other special registration categories impact the ticket you will select as well. Review the Super Conference Registration page to see what ticket is right for you.
Registration opens online starting in mid-November. Since OLA must make financial commitments by January 2, no refunds are possible after this date. Cancellation and/or refund requests prior to January 2 must be emailed to superconference@accessola.com. Cancelled registrations will be reimbursed at 80% until January 2 and will not be reimbursed at all after that date. Virtual Ticket registrations cannot be cancelled but can be transferred to someone else. All requests should be emailed to superconference@accessola.com. Changes in the program are not acceptable grounds for requesting a refund.
Discounted conference hotel blocks are available for attendees, with booking information released in advance of the event on the Hotels & Travel section of the Super Conference website. OLA members receive notice of our hotel blocks 24 hours before they are released to the public - we recommend booking early, as rooms can fill quickly.
The conference program goes live online in mid-November. Attendees will be prompted to log in to the conference website and/or mobile app approximately one week before the event. Once logged in, attendees can browse sessions, keynotes, networking opportunities, and Expo events to create a personalized conference experience.
